Are you an experienced electrical construction professional ready to take ownership of electrical delivery on complex industrial projects? We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Construction Manager to lead and manage all aspects of electrical works at a major industrial manufacturing facility in Hull.
What You’ll Do
As Electrical Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful day‑to‑day management of the electrical construction scope throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead and coordinate electrical installation activities on site in accordance with design, programme and quality standards.
* Manage site personnel and specialist subcontractors, driving productivity and performance.
* Develop plans and schedules for electrical works and ensure weekly and daily targets are met.
* Liaise with the multidisciplinary project team, clients, consultants, and supply chain.
* Maintain robust health, safety and quality compliance throughout all activities.
* Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Electrical trade background or equivalent qualifications.
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience in construction or electrical management roles.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
* Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, heavy engineering or similar environments is desirable.
