This is a standalone, generalist role, ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working autonomously within a collaborative environment.
Skills & Experience
1. Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience within insurance.
2. Strong working knowledge of FCA Handbook and general insurance regulations.
3. Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
4. Hands-on approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
5. Comfortable operating independently in a small but growing business.
