What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a committed, compassionate and creative Teacher who can inspire young people who may not have thrived in mainstream settings.
Essential Skills & Qualities
* Strong ability to engage and motivate learners
* Passion for supporting students’ emotional and academic development
* Experience working in a school environment (secondary experience an advantage)
* Understanding of alternative provision and SEN
* Excellent communication and professional conduct
* Good working knowledge of English, Maths, or Science (Grade C/4 or above)
* Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and British Values
* Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Qualifications
* QTS or QTLS preferred, or willingness to work towards it
* Relevant degree in teaching subject (desirable)
* SEN or specialist teaching qualifications (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
