Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications. Continuously monitor and maintain systems and network. Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or students and resolve issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications. Costing and installing IT systems that match security regulations. Setting up new computers for students and training staff. Carrying out maintenance to prevent future issues. Providing IT support when required. Total weekly hours of work would be 37.5 hours per week. Education: • Degree or Professional Experience 1 year (preferred) Requirements for the Role:
* Installs, tests, and maintains computer-related hardware.
* Diagnoses hardware related faults.
* Repairs or replaces defective components.
* Advises on and installs operating software and may carry out software.
* Maintains documentation to track and log work in progress and completed.
