About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join a leading financial services firm in the heart of the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a wide range of insurance products including commercial, personal, and specialty lines.
* Assess client needs and provide bespoke insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
* Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support efficiently and professionally.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
* Stay up to date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
* Work collaboratively with underwriters and other stakeholders to secure competitive terms.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in an insurance advisory or broking role (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and FCA compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.

Salary on offer £40,000 plus commission.
Fully Office based Monday - Friday on a rotad basis of early, middle and late shifts.
One Saturday a month is also required.
