Fertiliser Sales Specialist

We’re recruiting for a commercially driven Fertiliser Sales Specialist to grow a defined UK territory within the crop inputs market. This is a field-based, relationship-led role focused on driving profitable fertiliser sales, developing new business, and supporting farmers with technical, solution-based advice. My client is potentially one of the very few looking to expand their agriculture team in this challenging climate. They are a massive business operating across the globe with a turnover up in the 80 billion mark.
Key responsibilities:
* Grow fertiliser sales across your territory
* Develop new and existing farm relationships
* Provide technical advice on product selection and application
* Deliver field support, trials, and demonstrations
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
About you:
* Proven agricultural sales experience (fertiliser, crop inputs, seed or Machinery Sales)
* Strong technical understanding of fertiliser products
* FACTS qualified (or willing to achieve)
* Self-motivated and commercially focused
* We would also be open to someone with Sales experience, but you have a agriculture degree.
