The role involves leading and coordinating engineers and managing MOD projects from cradle to grave, while progressing towards senior management and directorship.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate engineers on MOD projects.
* Manage MOD projects from initiation to completion.
* Work 50% office‑based and 50% on site within a local area.
* Transition to a fully off‑the‑tools position with long‑term development.
Candidate Profile
* Background as Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Maintenance Manager, Project Manager or similar.
* Ready to transition off the tools and seek long‑term progression.
