About Senbrick Lodge
Senbrick Lodge is a brand new 22 bedded specialist nursing service in Ibstock (LE67 6HG). The service supports adults aged 18 and over with complex mental health needs. The environment is structured, therapeutic, and recovery focused. Our multidisciplinary team includes qualified mental health nurses, psychology, therapy staff, and support workers who deliver consistent, person centred care.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Senbrick Lodge, you will be part of a skilled nursing team delivering high quality clinical and recovery based care in line with the NMC Code and Rushcliffe Care Group policies. Your role will include:
1. Completing nursing assessments and contributing to care planning and review
2. Monitoring physical and mental health, including the use of NEWS2 and escalation
3. Leading shifts and supporting staff to deliver safe, consistent practice
4. Administering medication and promoting safe medication management
5. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
6. Supporting discharge planning and MDT work
7. Promoting dignity, independence, and therapeutic engagement
This role requires strong clinical judgement, clear communication, and a commitment to high standards of professional practice.
About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who brings:
8. A valid NMC registration (RMN required, although RN or RNLD with strong mental health experience will be considered)
9. Experience supporting adults with mental health needs in a clinical setting
10. Confidence in managing risk, delivering evidence based interventions, and leading safe practice
11. A commitment to Rushcliffe Care Group’s values and delivering person centred care
12. The ability to work professionally, calmly, and collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team
