**Lead with Heart, Make Everyday Matter**
Fenwick is a welcoming and close-knit community that provides high-quality care for up to 47 residents. The Lodge – a self-contained setting for 9 residents – offers individualised, dedicated support.
**What We Offer:**
* A competitive hourly rate of £15.10 per hour, with an additional £1.00 per hour on weekends.
* A leadership role with real impact and autonomy.
* A warm, supportive team culture where your work is recognised.
* Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow.
* Paid PVG, uniform provided, pension, and 5.6 weeks' annual leave (pro-rata).
* Free onsite parking.
As **Senior Team Leader**, you'll be the steady hand and friendly face our residents and staff look to each day. You'll ensure The Lodge runs smoothly and safely, fostering a homely environment where residents feel respected, supported, and at ease.
This is a leadership role that combines care delivery with coordination from medication management and care planning, to mentoring a small, committed team of carers.
You'll take pride in the details, stay calm under pressure, and keep the wellbeing of residents at the heart of every decision.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Leading and managing the daily operations of The Lodge.
* Supporting your team to deliver care that's tailored, thoughtful, and responsive.
* Administering and overseeing medication with accuracy and diligence.
* Creating and reviewing person-centred care plans that reflect each resident's needs and preferences.
* Building strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Ensuring compliance with all care regulations and internal standards.
We're seeking a Senior Team Leader to join our team, someone who is hands-on, compassionate, and ready to guide a small team to deliver truly person-centred care.
**What You'll Bring:**
* SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Medication training and confident administration skills.
* Experience working in adult care, ideally including dementia care.
* Proven leadership ability – someone who leads by example and brings out the best in others.
* A calm, organised approach and a commitment to delivering quality care.
We believe in delivering care to the highest standard, guided by our five core values:

These values define who we are and underpin everything we do, from the smallest interaction to the most complex care.
