Evergreen Waste Services is a growing waste management and recycling company based in Bolton. We provide efficient and environmentally responsible services to domestic and commercial clients. We are now seeking a Yard Operative with Grab Excavator experience to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a 360 Grab Excavator to move, load, and process waste and recyclable materials.
* Carry out general yard operative duties, including loading/unloading, sorting, and stock management.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environment.
* Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues.
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience operating a Grab Excavator (360 material handler).
* Valid CPCS / NPORS card or equivalent licence for plant operation.
* Good knowledge of yard/waste site health & safety practices.
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual yard work.
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
