West Lothian Outpatient Team - Part-Time Post 0.67 WTE (24.8 hours)
Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Occupational Therapy service within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, motivated and skilled individuals who are committed to developing themselves, staff and the service within CAMHS.
These posts are based in the South Edinburgh Outpatient and West Lothian Outpatient Teams will have a focus on:
1. management of a team of B6 Occupational Therapists
2. being an active member of the locality multi-disciplinary leadership team providing individual interventions utilising both Occupational Therapy specific and core mental health assessment and treatment skills
Professional supervision, training and development are integral to the service. You must have a Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check done than is currently the case. If the post is assessed as a 'regulated role', your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
