As our platforms continue to evolve, we're looking for a skilled Web Developer to help design, build, and improve our web estate.
Who We're Seeking
We're looking for a Web Developer with strong experience in modern frontend development and website build processes. You'll be comfortable owning web solutions end-to-end, from development and testing through to deployment and ongoing enhancement.
You'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements and wireframes into robust, user-focused web solutions. This role suits someone who takes pride in clean builds, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement across web platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive websites and landing pages, delivering new features and functionality aligned to technical and business requirements
Owning website build quality end-to-end, including performance, accessibility, security, testing, and ongoing optimisation
Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality web solutions
Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving bugs, errors, and technical issues across the web estate
Applying technical SEO best practices as part of the development process to ensure sites are structured, performant, and discoverable
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in website development and modern frontend build processes
Strong understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and web best practices
Experience with website testing, debugging, and quality assurance
Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms and templating
Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals within web development
Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
Desirable Skills
Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and templating frameworks
Familiarity with analytics and performance monitoring tools
Content optimisation experience
API integrations and third-party systems
