Responsibilities
* Manage the busy phone and email systems
* Open daily post
* Use the case management system to upload important documents
* Assist with document archiving and filing
* Provide general support to the reception team
* Welcome visitors to the office
* Provide general administrative support to the team

* Experienced with Microsoft and case management systems
* Strong eye for detail
* Organised and able to work independently
