The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs (including autism, ADHD, social/emotional difficulties, and learning challenges). Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver individualised learning and behaviour support. Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Build strong relationships with pupils, offering encouragement, patience, and consistency. What We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from candidates with a variety of backgrounds, such as: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Mentor. Care and support backgrounds (youth work, residential care, support work). Graduates interested in pursuing a career in education or SEN. Individuals with transferable skills who are passionate about supporting children and young people.
