B2B Wholesale Account Manager – Trend-Led Consumer Brand (UK Market)
Are you a proactive and personable sales professional with a passion for design-led consumer goods? Recruitment Chief is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing and innovative brand in the search for a talented B2B Wholesale Account Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and grow a thriving portfolio of UK-based retail customers – from well-known chains to independent lifestyle boutiques and online platforms – all while working in a creative, commercially driven environment.
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients across the UK, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
* Sales Growth: Work with retail buyers to recommend curated product ranges aligned with seasonal trends and customer profiles.
* New Business Development: Identify and convert new wholesale opportunities through outreach, networking, and attending trade events.
* Client Support: Oversee the full sales process, ensuring timely order fulfilment and delivering exceptional customer service throughout.
* Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to provide customer feedback, support pricing discussions, and contribute to marketing campaigns.
* Performance Reporting: Track sales activity and performance metrics, using insights to inform strategic decisions and growth plans.
What We’re Looking For:
* Industry Experience: At least 3 years in a B2B wholesale sales or account management role, ideally within consumer products or lifestyle sectors.
* Retail Knowledge: Confident dealing with a variety of retailers – from boutique independents to national names.
* Design-Led Mindset: A keen eye for good design and an understanding of what drives purchasing decisions in the retail space.
* Excellent Communication: Comfortable and persuasive in both written and verbal communication, with a personable and professional approach.
* Target-Driven: Energetic, motivated, and ready to take ownership of results in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
