Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional member experiences in our branches, while actively promoting our services, including digital platforms.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with our risk management framework and regulatory expectations.
Conduct all activities following established procedures to ensure compliance with conduct rules.
Strive to achieve and surpass your objectives, contributing to our strategic goals and initiatives.
Ensure positive outcomes for our members by adhering to the principles of Consumer Duty.
Manage member complaints effectively, utilising the Society's Complaints Procedure and escalating issues when necessary.
Engage with local communities by supporting initiatives and events that enrich our neighbourhoods.
Stay current with online training requirements, including mandatory refreshers and policy updates.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
Ability to travel regularly between the Grange, Kendal, and Lancaster Branches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with members and colleagues.
Capability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
A clear understanding of market opportunities and a focus on achieving growth objectives.
Additional Information:
This role involves working across three branches (Grange, Kendal, and Lancaster), so you must have reliable transportation and be prepared for potential short-notice travel between locations. Flexibility to travel to other branches may also be required as needed.
