We're looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) team. This is a key leadership role where you'll help shape the future of community health for children, young people, and their families.

Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) service for children, young people, and families in Westminster
Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive care across the service
Work in partnership with local commissioners to deliver shared objectives and support integrated service delivery
Collaborate with Early Help teams within Family Hubs to strengthen joined-up support for families
Support health visiting teams in delivering the Trust's Quality Strategy, promoting continuous improvement and best practice
Work closely with the Safeguarding Named Nurse to ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place and consistently applied
Champion a culture of compassion, equity, and high standards of care within the team and wider service
