You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored interventions that meet the child's learning and behavioural needs. Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN needs in the EYFS. * Assist in delivering targeted strategies for learning and behaviour. * Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. * Work closely with staff and parents to support progress. * Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (experience desirable). Candidate Requirements: ✔ Previous experience supporting SEN children. ✔ EYFS or primary school experience essential. ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills. ✔ A patient, resilient and empathetic approach. ✔ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
