Key Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative support to the site and project management team
2. Manage document control, site records, and filing systems
3. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
4. Support procurement and subcontractor documentation
5. Handle correspondence, reports, and project updates
6. Ensure smooth communication between site and head office
7. Maintain health & safety records and training logs
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a site-based administration or construction office role
* Strong IT skills (MS Office, document management systems)
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* A self-starter with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
