The Role. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, leading by example to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while upholding the brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight across front and back of house.
2. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing, engaged team.
3. Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
4. Oversee inventory management, cost controls, and rotas.
5. Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement brand initiatives and support business growth.

* Proven experience in a senior management role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for team development.
* A commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
