Position Title : Site Planner Reports to : Global Director Order Fulfillment FT/PT :FT Exempt -Non-Exempt : Exempt Position summary: The Site Planner at Leo Cancer Care is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of facility layouts to support the installation of advanced radiotherapy systems. This role ensures that customer sites are properly prepared to meet technical, regulatory, and safety requirements for equipment deployment. Working closely with architects and contractors, and internal Order Fullfilment teams, the Site Planner develops detailed site planning drawings, reviews construction drawings, and provides guidance throughout the project lifecycle—from initial concept through installation and commissioning. The position requires strong knowledge of building services, structural considerations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, compliant medical environments that align with Leo Cancer Care’s mission to improve patient access to innovative cancer care solutions. Key responsibilities: Assist in developing site-specific layout planning for medical device installations into new or existing facilities. Support the site design and facility layouts, ensuring efficient project delivery and equipment installation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, service, and installations, to ensure that site plans meet products requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to identify any project challenges. These studies cn be desk-based or on-site, therefore some travelling may be required. Participate in site preparation, including power supply, and utilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare engineering drawings, schematics, and models using SolidWorks and Revit. Collect and review customer data to keep up to date plans and specifications. Document meetings, procedures, and reports to ensure knowledge transfer within the team Relevant Knowledge and Skill requirements: 1 year experience in construction or architectural engineering (experience in the medical device sector is advantageous but not essential) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering-related discipline Experience working with construction drawings, with a good understanding of key elements and terminology Proficient interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 1 year experience using SolidWorks, AutoCAD and REVIT required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint About Leo Cancer Care Leo Cancer Care is helping make changes in Radiation Therapy by shifting to upright patient positioning, imaging and treatment.
