Investigator
Location: Belfast
Salary: £ p/h
Hours of work: Mon - Fri / Between 8am-6pm
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Our client a large Public Sector organisation is seeking an experienced Investigator to carry out investigations into cases of fraudulent and dishonest practice
Key Responsibilities
1. Comply with CFS Standard Operating Procedures to ensure standards are applied and maintained
2. Carry out investigations efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance, at all time, with relevant statutory, regulatory and confidentially requirements.
3. Ensure clients are apprised of all developments in cases and prepare detailed reports including recommendations in relation to investigations undertaken.
4. Work as part of the investigation team providing assistance and support colleagues as required.
5. Work within a performance management framework, including participation in the appraisal process.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate:
Degree or Professional Investigative Accreditation * plus 2 years relevant experience to include
6. Experience undertaking investigation;
7. Liaison with external Agencies;
8. Collection and collation of data;
9. Compilation of reports;
10. Delivering presentation/ Briefings to customers/ clients.
Or
5 years relevant experience as detailed above
11. A full, current driving licence.
