Job Summary
Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Dermatology Nurse to join their team. 23 hours per week.
The post holder will provide dermatology nursing care to patients and their families, and act as a resource for other professionals. This is achieved by skills and experience and expert knowledge gained through additional specialist training. Working with the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies, the post holder will play a key role on ongoing service developments to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practice and assist in meeting National and Trust targets/objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Training
* Registered General Nurse
* Evidence of post registration training and continued professional development.
Essential Experience
* Experience in a management /leadership role
* Experience of teaching and training
* Evidence of developing new ways of working and management of change
* Evidence of improving the patient experience.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
* Up to date knowledge of nursing initiatives and department of health improvement schemes
* Understand Patient and Public involvement in the NHS
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Operational management skills
* Budgetary management skills
