Position
Criminology Graduate – LSA. A specialist mental‑health school in Salisbury is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team either immediately or in September.
Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with vulnerable students.
* Learn and implement a trauma‑informed, therapeutic approach within the classroom.
* Help students build confidence, resilience and emotional regulation skills.
* Tutor students in key subject areas, particularly where they are less confident.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists and other support staff.
Qualifications
* Graduate in Criminology, confident, proactive, calm and supportive.
* Previous experience working with children and/or vulnerable individuals is beneficial but not essential.
Salisbury
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
£90 – £100 per day
ASAP or September start
