We’re hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive (New Business) to join an ambitious, seed-stage MarTech startup based in London.
This is a rare opportunity to become the first senior commercial hire-owning new logo revenue and helping define the company’s enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up.

About the company
This business is a truth-first ad measurement and performance optimisation platform built for performance marketers who need attribution they can trust and act on.
The platform connects ad platform APIs with first-party user journey and conversion tracking to create a deduplicated, transparent view of what’s actually driving conversions not what platforms over-claim.
The company is 18 months old, has raised pre-seed funding, and is preparing for a seed round. They are already working with impressive early-stage logos across financial services (including global trading platforms and crypto exchanges), ecommerce, and telco.
Measurement and performance optimisation is an evergreen, global problem now being reshaped by AI and the founders are building toward market leadership.
About the role
As the Founding Enterprise AE, you will:
* Own new logo acquisition across the UK (with international expansion to follow)
* Run full upper mid-market to enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close
* Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups (Marketing, Growth, Data, Finance)
* Build pipeline across outbound, inbound and partner channels
* Help define ICP, sales playbooks and close plans
* Shape pricing, packaging and overall commercial strategy
This is more than a closing role it’s a chance to build and prove the enterprise revenue engine alongside the founder.
What we’re looking for
* Experience running full-cycle upper mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales
* Proven ability to close new logo business
* Confidence navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
* Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments
* Entrepreneurial mindset -someone who sees this as a partnership opportunity, not just a job
* Excited by equity, ownership, and building toward a meaningful exit
Must have Experience selling or working with:
* Multi-touch attribution
* Marketing performance analytics
* Revenue / ROI measurement platforms
* Customer journey analytics

Compensation
* Base: £60,000 – £75,000
* OTE: £120,000+ (50/50 split, uncapped)
