We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals who wish to provide high-standard nursing care to people in their own homes.
The successful individual must be able to drive and have access to a car.
Please note: visa sponsorship for this role is not available. Please ensure you hold valid right to work in the UK and will not require sponsorship if successful.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service can present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.

We have both full and part-time vacancies available. The successful candidates will be expected to work weekends, late shifts, and bank holidays pro-rata. Our late shift covers until 8 pm.

Newly qualified staff will have access to a preceptorship program and a clinical upskilling program to support their transition from student to RGN.
We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses and provide a comprehensive and fully supported Preceptorship Programme for newly qualified healthcare professionals.
