As Head of UK Insurance Recruitment, you will:
* Build and own the UK Insurance desk end-to-end
* Define your market focus, fee strategy, and client base
* Recruit, develop, and lead your own team - building out key vertical and specialist teams
* Operate as a Partner, not a number or cost centre
* Play a key role in shaping the future of Campbell Muir as we scale
