Duration: 18 months (with strong potential for a permanent role for the right candidate)

The Role
As our Business Administrator Apprentice you will be at the heart of our operations, helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting our on‑site teams. This is a great opportunity to learn hands‑on skills while working towards your nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification through a local training provider.
You will be supported by experienced colleagues and given structured time each week for your apprenticeship learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling phone calls, emails and customer enquiries
* Scheduling jobs and updating our project management system
* Preparing and sending quotes, invoices and purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Assisting with stock control and supplier communications
* Helping with marketing admin (social media posts, website updates)
* Providing general support to the operations team and management
What We’re Looking For
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email)
* Organised and able to prioritise tasks
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliability and a good work ethic
* GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards these during the apprenticeship)
