As the Head of Business Analysis, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of 25+ Business Analysts within a fast-paced, growing technology business. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Business Analysis function, ensuring it delivers exceptional value across digital transformation and technology initiatives.
