About the role: 'The business is growing quickly and with the recent promotion of our existing Events Associate, the time has come to find a new Events Associate. This individual will manage critical tasks, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality member experiences. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.' You will be required to: Complete event management duties, including - sourcing and booking venues (approximately 150 a year), manage event communication and coordinate venue logistics. On-board new members to the membership programme. Prepare and distribute materials for training programmes. Diary management for the Founder, Process expenses and invoices. Support the broader team with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
