Position: AV Installation Engineer
Location: Bracknell area, with travel mainly into London. Full-time permanent role. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (key to key pay / overtime, pension, benefits and discounts).
Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment, including projectors, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, and sound systems.
* Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support as needed.
* Work closely with clients to ensure systems are installed and operating correctly.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support, to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations during installations and service work.
Desirable qualifications
* CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent certification.
* Electrical or networking qualifications would be an advantage.
* Experience in programming control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX).
