We are looking to employ an Office Administrator / Receptionist to provide a professional, dedicated and welcoming service.
This is an ideal role for an outgoing, organised and grounded professional, that wants to join a long established, highly successful, family run business as they progress into a new phase of the business.
Main responsibilities include:
* Efficient management and confident answering of all enquiries
* Organising and processing incoming mail & email
* Daily printing and filing of service job sheets
* Managing receipts, delivery tickets, orders etc
* Greeting visitors and customers to the premises
* Accurately managing the office filing system
* Ensuring office and kitchen supplies are ordered & stocked
* Oversee the building storage and archive system
* Updating the company website and enhancing social media presence
* Maintaining fleet vehicle records and booking services / MOT's
