The role:
1. Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen HR employee engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.
2. Partner with leadership to develop programs that align with values and business goals.
3. Create communication strategies that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
4. Organise events, workshops, and recognition programs that celebrate people.
5. Track, measure, and report on engagement and culture metrics, using insights to continuously improve.
6. Act as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon.
7. Support managers in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Experience:
8. Proven experience in employee engagement and HR within a service delivery first business (hospitality, retail, facilities, food & beverage, logistics, or similar)
9. Strong relationship building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
10. Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative engagement programs.
11. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
12. Passion for people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.
