My client are a well established HVAC engineering company based in Hertfordshire who have been operating for over 20 years.
Their projects are predominantly Government buildings and serviced office contracts, along with some high end residential.
Due to growth of the Company, they are looking for a Service Manager to join their ranks and be based out of their Hertfordshire Office.
THE JOB – HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
Monday – Friday / 9.00am – 5.30pm / 40 Hour Weeks.
Duties in Role
1. Leading the company’s service team under the guidance of Service Director and Operations Director
2. Manage a team of 3 Service Coordinators and 10 Engineers
3. Co-ordinate daily engineer activities: PPMs, remedial works and call-outs
4. Technical support for engineers and coordinators
5. Assist Service Coordinators with pricing of remedial works
6. Managing F Gas compliance
7. Maintaining & adhering to any client procedures
8. Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times.
9. Enforcing & adhering to policies & procedures without exception.
10. Enforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exception.
Required Knowledge & Experience (preferable)
11. City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
12. Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS
13. Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry
14. Clean full UK driving licence
SALARY & PACKAGE
15. £50,000 - £60,000
16. Car Allowance - £5k
17. Potential Bonus
18. Pension - 3% Company contribution and 5% employee.
