Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in East Yorkshire, which needs a Family Lawyer to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families navigating complex and often emotionally charged situations.ROLE: Family LawyerLOCATION: East YorkshireSALARY: £30,000 to £40,000Key Responsibilities of the Family Lawyer role:
* Handle a full caseload of family law legal matters from start to completion.
* Provide an expert service to existing clients whilst also driving business development for new clients to the firm.
* The caseload will handle a mixture of injunctions, private children matters and some legal aid work.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years of PQE.
* Strong knowledge of injunctions and private children matters.
* Experience with Legal Aid is highly advantageous.
