Job Title: Front Office Porter
Located in Braemar, Scotland, The Fife Arms Hotel, recently awarded 2 Michelin Keys and rated number 1 by Condé Nast Readers’ Choice, is seeking a Front Office Porter.
Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out.
* Assisting guests with luggage and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Transporting luggage safely to guest rooms or designated areas.
* Maintaining guest safety through regular walkabouts and safety checks.
* Being present at the front desk and completing the Porter checklist.
* Efficiently fulfilling guest requests.
* Keeping public areas clean and aesthetically pleasing.
No experience? No problem. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic, passion for hospitality, and excellent customer service skills. Training will be provided.
