We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our branch in Stonehaven.
This role involves creating a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers excellent results and a positive workplace. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team, engage with customers, and actively seek new ideas to improve store performance. You will also promote engagement with the local community to achieve top results, working hard while keeping the environment fun.
We seek individuals with retail management experience and a passion for customer service. You should be familiar with working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and capable of motivating and supporting a team.
Suitable candidates include current Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Cluster Managers, Retail Managers, or Branch Managers.
