Job Description What is the opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate, Wealth Management to join the team in our Manchester office. The Wealth Associate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our advisers and clients, while working under the guidance of our senior advisers. What will you do? The Associate Wealth Management plays a key support role within the Wealth Management team, working closely with Senior Advisers to delivery high- quality, personalised service to clients. The role combines client liaison, technical administration, meeting preparation and operational support, alongside elements of executive assistance and event coordination and management. This is a client facing, detail-oriented position requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion and a strong service mindset. It is well suited to someone looking to develop a long-term career in wealth management. Client Support & Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling day to say queries in a professional and timely manner Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders Support client onboarding, ongoing servicing, and ad hoc client requests Adviser & Executive Support Provider day to day support to Senior Advisers, including diary management, correspondence and document preparation Coordinate internal communication and follow ups on behalf of advisers Meeting Preparation & Follow Up Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, reports and presentation materials Attend meetings where appropriate and record actions and outcomes Ensure all post meeting actions are followed up accurately and within agreed timeframes Actioning Advice & Administration Implement advice as instructed by Senior Advisers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures Liaise with internal teams, platforms, and third parties to process instructions efficiently Maintain accurate and up to date client records and documentation Event Management Support the planning, organisation and delivery of client events and seminars Manage invitations, logistics, attendee communications, and post-event follow up Assist with wider marketing or client engagement initiatives as required Skills & Experience Essential Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach Ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Desirable Experience in wealth management, financial services, or a professional services environment Knowledge of investment products and advice processes Working towards, or interest in, relevant professional qualifications Experience supporting senior stakeholders or client-facing professionals Personal Attributes Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Comfortable taking ownership and seeing tasks through to completion Keen to learn and develop within a wealth management environment What is in it for you?
