Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Progressor/Paralegal. This is a full-time, 12 month Fixed Term contract position based in Manchester. The salary ranges from £25,000 - £30,000 + commission.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Proactively progress a pipeline of property sales to exchange and completion
* Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate transactions
* Interpret and advise on leasehold matters and building safety documentation
* Identify and resolve issues that may delay progression
* Keep all parties updated on progress and required actions
* Support the wider sales progression team with legal and compliance knowledge
* Assist with documentation and due diligence check
