The Dundee site plays a key role in production, with ongoing investment in technology, processes and people, creating a stable, long-term environment where engineers can develop and contribute. This is a hands-on position sitting between design and production, helping turn engineering ideas into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes. What the role actually involves You'll work closely with production, engineering and leadership teams to improve manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost. Day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Developing and improving manufacturing processes, methods and workflows 2. Supporting the introduction of new products into production 3. Creating routings, time standards and process documentation 4. Analysing production performance (downtime, cycle time, yield, efficiency)
