We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become an integral part of our Housing Management team.
As a Housing Officer working in general housing management, you will be expected to:
1. Provide a responsive, customer-focused housing service to residents both in their homes and within the local community.
2. Offer expert advice and guidance on all aspects of housing management, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct routine inspections on our estate and within our properties.
4. Arranging viewings and signing up of new tenants.
5. Manage low level tenancy enforcement cases.
6. Engage in meaningful customer consultation, helping to shape housing services and policies.
You will maintain a high-quality customer service focus in all aspects of the role. You will be able to work on your own or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be organised and motivated.
