Remedy Tutors are seeking a dedicated
SEN Teaching Assistant
to support pupils within a
primary SEN school setting
in Peterborough. This is a
morning-only role (3 hours per day), ideal for candidates looking for consistent, part-time work while making a meaningful difference. What You'll Be Doing
Provide targeted support to pupils with
Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assist in delivering engaging, structured learning activities Support children with:
Autism (ASC) SEMH needs Learning difficulties
Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation Work closely with teachers and SEN staff Follow EHCP targets and individual support plans Working Pattern
Monday to Friday Morning hours (approx. 3 hours per day) Based in a
primary SEN school in Peterborough What We're Looking For
Essential: Experience working with children with SEN Previous role as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or similar Ideally a Teaching Assistant qualification 2 years experience in Teaching Assistants 2 years SEN Experience Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach Strong communication skills
