The UK & Ireland Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit is split into two teams. The Heart Surgical Therapies (HST) team and the Extracorporeal Therapies team (ECT). This role will focus solely on the ECT product portfolio to include Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Cardiac & ECMO Cannula, Cardiopulmonary Perfusion product lines. For this role you will be expected to live in or very close to central London.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Direct sales responsibilities for the London & SE Territory to achieve agreed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets, and increasing market share in ECMO, Perfusion and Cannula products.* Building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling.* Lead with multiple stakeholders selling activities within the territory and identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.* Working mainly in the Theatre, Perfusion and ITU/ICU environment supporting and advising Perfusionists, Surgeons, Intensivists and theatre personnel.* Present, in-service and sell products and services to current and potential clients.* Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.* Collaborate with local marketing to execute on national marketing objectives* Use Account Planning tools to develop and execute account strategies, tactics and actions - CRM database.**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Previous measurable sales experience* Strong presentation and negotiation skills* Excellent interpersonal skills* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.* Full, Clean driving licenceWe prefer if you hold Bachelor’s or Advanced university degree.
