About the Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the team, engaging in the following responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on their conveyancing matters, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process.
* Manage your own caseload from start to finish, collaborating with other teams such as New Enquiries and Finance, while supervising conveyancing assistants.
* Contribute to the firm's growth through proactive business development and identifying operational strategies and efficiencies.
* Assist qualified colleagues in offering advice and representation to clients as needed.
* Seek opportunities for new referrals across the firm and maximise cross-referral potential with existing clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
