Logistics and Operations Manager (Events)
Bromyard
GBP 35,000 : GBP 40,000 + Progression + Events + Benefits
Are you a hands:on Logistics or Operations professional with experience in fast:paced environments, looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead a team, and play a key part in delivering major UK events?
On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing, ambitious business operating across some of the UKs biggest venues and events. This is a key role within the logistics function, offering real responsibility, variety, and long:term progression as the company continues to scale.
In this role, you will coordinate logistics and operational activity across multiple sites, managing stock, transport, and event delivery from warehouse through to on:site execution. You will lead logistics teams, oversee set:ups and de:rigs, and act as the central point of contact for all logistics activity.
This role would suit a Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, or Events Logistics professional with a hands:on approach, looking for autonomy, variety, and growth within a high:energy business.
The Role
Coordinate logistics and operations across multiple UK event sites, including stock, transport, and delivery Oversee event set:ups and de:rigs while acting as the central point of contact for logistics activity Manage 3PL providers, internal teams, and ensure compliance with H and S and operational standards The Person
Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments Background in events, production, or fast:paced operations (desirable) Hands:on, practical mindset with strong problem:solving ability Experience managing or leading teams Strong organisation and communication skills Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Ref:(phone number removed)
