With a longstanding reputation and strong regional presence, this firm advises a diverse client base on transactions ranging from £2k to £11m – including businesses in hospitality, care, retail and leisure sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
* Advising on business sales and acquisitions (share and asset deals)
* Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and T&Cs
* Working on joint ventures, refinancing, and franchise matters
* Delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to owner-managed and SME clients
What experience is required:
* A qualified solicitor with corporate or commercial experience
* Strong drafting skills and a client-first approach
* A team player who enjoys working with a broad mix of local businesses
* Ideally based in Somerset or nearby – perfect if you’re commuting into Bristol but want a better work/life balance
