Accenture’s Capital Markets practice sits within the Financial Services industry segment, working with leading global firms across Investment Banking, Asset/Investment Managers, Wealth Managers, Exchanges, Data Providers, Custodians and Clearing Houses. As a Capital Markets Strategy & Consulting Manager (Career Level 7), you will:

* Shape, structure, design and deliver complex consulting engagements across diverse and demanding stakeholder groups – often within highly regulated environments and/or challenging delivery contexts.
* Demonstrate exceptional client relationship skills and become a trusted partner in an advisory capacity, creating clear client impact.
* Lead teams and support the development of Accenture’s Capital Markets practice through people‑focused initiatives and the mentoring of junior team members.
* Identify sales opportunities aligned with client agendas, creating value‑driven propositions through partnership with our leaders, clients and consultants across practices.
* Create well‑articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative, action‑oriented information, insight and recommendations on market‑relevant strategy topics, supporting Accenture’s enhanced market presence in external forums.
* Develop offerings within the Capital Markets practice, driving the growth agenda for clients by identifying emerging trends.
* Prioritise diversity & inclusion across teams and champion value‑adding change.

We are looking for the following skills & experience:

* Minimum of 5 years consulting experience at a recognised consulting firm or through an in‑house role (e.g., Group Strategy, Corporate Development) in Financial Services.
* Ability to shape, structure, design and deliver complex consulting engagements with significant client impact.
* Proven track record of building deep, trusted client relationships across Capital Markets / Financial Services.
* Excellent understanding of the Capital Markets industry across a range of client segments, offerings and business processes.
* Knowledge of key industry trends and how technology can solve complex business challenges.
* Proven leadership, diversity promotion and people development skills.
* Project and programme delivery experience with solid lifecycle understanding.
* Experience in project management and/or business analysis within a Financial Services / Capital Markets setting.
* Intellectual capacity to think innovatively, operate in uncertain circumstances and drive solutions.

* Perspective on Capital Markets ecosystem, industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Success in co‑creating in a team‑oriented environment.
* Experience delivering operational and technology‑driven change and transformation.
* Excellent client relationship, leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Programme & Project management experience – including Prince, PMP & Agile Delivery methodologies.
* Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree level or higher).
