Job Details
* Location: Canterbury
* Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
* Employment type: Permanent, Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations
* Ensure smooth running of all office functions
* Maintain and implement SOPs
* Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and Trading Standards
* Act as the main key holder and oversee security
* Handle enquiries, valuations and viewings diary
* Manage staff rotas, holidays and absence
* Review property details and ensure compliance
* Monitor Alto updates and delegate leads
* Complete desktop valuations and market appraisals
* Oversee rental contract packs and Smart Compliance
* Track AML checks and manage key systems
* Liaise with Sales Progressor, Marketing and portals
* Produce monthly pipeline reports
* Lead, mentor and support branch staff
* Conduct reviews, training, inductions and CPD
* Promote valuations and drive new business
* Attend networking and promotional events
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience in residential sales
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Close attention to detail and compliance‑focused
* Ability to motivate a team and manage a busy branch
