A day in the life of…
As Sales Manager, you will develop a commercial plan aligned with the hotel’s objectives, outlining actions and strategies to support its positioning. You will work closely with the General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to continuously align and devise strategies to retain and grow the business. Utilizing market intelligence, you will create strategic plans to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
Based at the London Allianz Twickenham Hotel, you will be part of a small but dedicated team of passionate professionals who understand that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. The hotel is about to undergo a full refurbishment of all bedrooms and public areas and will rebrand as a contemporary lifestyle venue.
What do we need from you?
To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry. You must be comfortable discussing business performance and making informed decisions at a senior level. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the senior management team on-site and upskilling the team to maximize revenue opportunities.
