<div><p>Loading Shovel Operator</p><p><b>Location:</b> Busy construction/industrial site, Middlesbrough</p><p><b>Start:</b> Immediate <b>Pay Rates:</b></p><ul><li><b>£14.74 per hour</b> - first 8 hours (Mon-Fri)</li><li><b>£22.11 per hour</b> - after 8 hours daily</li><li><b>£29.48 per hour</b> - Saturday & Sunday</li></ul><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are recruiting an experienced <b>Loading Shovel Operator</b> to work on a busy site in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of loading shovel machinery, supporting site , material movement, and general yard duties.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Operate loading shovel equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Load, move, and manage materials as directed</li><li>Work closely with site supervisors and ground teams</li><li>Carry out daily machine checks and report defects</li><li>Maintain high safety standards at all times</li><li>Support general site operations when required</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><p>Candidates <b>must</b> hold the following valid certifications:</p><ul><li><b>CSCS or CCNSG</b></li><li><b>EMSS</b></li><li><b>NPORS card</b> (or equivalent recognised qualification)</li></ul><h3>Additional Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience operating a loading shovel on busy sites</li><li>Strong awareness of site safety</li><li>Ability to work weekends when required</li><li>Reliability and good communication skills</li><li>Working in all weather conditions</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Long-term work potential for the right candidate</p><h3>About Us</h3><p>We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
